ROBUST Trading and Construction is seeking a Construction & Site Manager to oversee the technical and operational execution of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to required quality and specification standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and manage personnel, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, milestones, costs, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with designs, quality standards, regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and mitigate delays and project risks.
• Manage project variations and coordinate necessary adjustments.
• Lead site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting.
• Oversee testing, snagging, project handover, and documentation.
• Assist with procurement and contractor evaluations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional licensure/certification is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in site and construction management.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, scheduling, and safety.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and work effectively under pressure.
